Our services are available upon sign-up and login. Our free plan is for testing purposes and is available for 3 days. All paid plans become active upon purchase and will be accessible once payment is received and verified. To process payments, we use bank transfers, which can be instant or take between 24 to 72 hours to be received. You must agree to the bank’s terms and conditions before paying for any of our products.

Your purchase information will be emailed to the address you used to sign up. You need to create an account on our site to use our services (free or paid). In some cases, if your payment is not successfully processed, we may need to manually review and process the information. This can cause delays of up to 24 hours, especially if a fraud alert has been activated.

Product Compatibility/Updates

Our services are designed to support the latest modern web browsers, including (but not limited to) Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. We do not offer support for Internet Explorer for any of our services at this time.

Inappropriate or offensive content includes footage of real or simulated violence, criminal activity or accidents, promotion of extreme political or religious views, or sexually explicit material.

Refunds

We have a customer friendly 7 days refund policy. But you cannot ask for a refund claiming a feature that your purchased does not include.

Our service includes a free version. Please try it before you decide to buy a plan. You can also discuss the features you need for your website with our support team. Refunds cannot be requested for features that are not included in your purchase.

Warranty

Whizzy.site services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Our services are guaranteed to function correctly upon proper installation and activation. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with our service, as we cannot guarantee compatibility with all browser combinations.

In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our services.

We are not licensed to provide stock images that might be used with our services. These require you to own or purchase them from their respective owners.
